This is a ticketed event, and tickets are non-transferable.

Registration maybe be cancelled and refunded up until 30 days before the event starting. The Humanitix fee is non-refundable.

The 10% discount is available to Friends of FNEHA. The discount applies to one individual ticket per member.

 Entry to the venue is at your own risk and must comply with the policies set by the host venue.

First Nations Eye Health Alliance and its representatives reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals from the venue for any reason, including disruptive behaviour,  damage to property, or failure to adhere to the reasonable requests of the staff.

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited within any public building entrance or exit in South Australia, as stipulated by the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006, smoking is banned in all enclosed public places to protect people, particularly children, from exposure to second-hand smoke.

Weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden in the venue, and those found with such items may be denied entry or removed.

Helium balloons, and incendiary devices (such as flares, fireworks, and smoke bombs) are not allowed in the venue, and individuals in possession of such items may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Security personnel from Adelaide Oval may conduct searches of bags or personal belongings to ensure the safety of all attendees. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at this event.

 Animals are not permitted in the venue, except for service animals.

 Unauthorised trading or commercial activities are not allowed on the venue premises..

The First Nations Eye Health Alliance will be recording and photographing the event. By attending, you consent to your image and voice being used in these recordings for academic, promotional, and educational purposes, without any compensation to you. If you wish to opt out, please speak with a staff member from the First Nations Eye Health Alliance.

Unauthorised recording or photography is prohibited without prior approval from the First Nations Eye Health Alliance.

The First Nations Eye Health Alliance, its staff, and agents are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred unless caused by their negligence.

For public safety, Adelaide Oval and the First Nations Eye Health Alliance reserve the right to request that you leave the venue at any time, including immediately after the event. Please note that re-admission is not permitted after the event concludes.

In the event of an emergency the individual will listen to a warden or security representative and follow instructions

In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of venue staff and security personnel.  

If you require first aid or medical assistance during the conference, please notify a FNEHA staff member, Adelaide Oval staff member or security personnel, who can arrange appropriate assistance. 

Attendees are asked not to attend the conference if they are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.

FNEHA reserves the right to implement reasonable health and safety measures where required by the venue, or in response to advice or requirements issued by relevant government or public health authorities.

Any personal information collected through online forms related to NATSIEHC27 will be used solely for the purposes outlined in each form (including registration, bursary applications, abstract submissions, workshop registration, and post-conference evaluations) and in accordance with the First Nations Eye Health Alliance Privacy Statement, available here.

From time to time, and in accordance with our Privacy Statement, First Nations Eye Health Alliance (FNEHA) may contact you with project updates, information about available resources, upcoming events, initiatives, opportunities, and other news or communications that may be relevant to you.

This may include information about future FNEHA conferences, events, programs and activities.
